Our guides are written with the help of artificial intelligence. We say so openly: anyone reading a guide should know how it came about. This page describes how we go about it.
How a guide is made
- Topic: we choose questions people actually search for and that what we offer can add to.
- Draft: an AI language model writes the text, based on the details we keep about what we offer (features, prices, terms) and on the model's general knowledge.
- Check: before publication, a second, automated pass checks every draft for figures, facts and promises that are not backed up. What it flags is revised; what is still flagged after that is held back until a person approves or discards it.
- Translation: versions in other languages are translated from the original by an AI system as well.
- Upkeep: when the details change, we update the guides concerned.
Sources and rules
- Prices, features and terms come from the details we keep, not from the model's memory.
- Where a guide relies on other sources, we link them.
- A guide promises no results and is no substitute for legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
Errors and corrections
AI systems make mistakes, and no check catches every one. If you spot an error, reach us through the contact details in our legal notice. We look at every report and correct the guide when the report is right.
Who is responsible
The guides are published by Görkem Ballmüller, Founder of ballmüller solutions. Görkem Ballmüller sets the topics, the details and the rules they are written and checked by, and can change or take down any guide.
