Our AI turns it into a brief: requirements, assumptions and up to five follow-up questions – plus a cost range and a suggested team based on the rules of our cost calculator. You get the brief as a page and as a PDF; it only reaches us once you send it.

PDF or Word (.docx), 10 MB at most. We only read the text; the file is not stored.

AI notice: The project check works with artificial intelligence – a language model from Microsoft Azure OpenAI. The model writes the brief and the follow-up questions automatically; they may contain errors. The cost range and the team are not calculated by the AI but by our cost calculator using fixed rules.

Privacy: Your description and the text of your specification are sent to Microsoft Azure OpenAI for evaluation (processed in the EU) and are not used to train AI models. We do not store the file itself. Text and brief are kept only in this website's memory and are deleted after two hours – they only reach us if you send the brief. Please do not upload personal data of third parties or trade secrets. More on this in our privacy policy (in German).
