Full-Stack Developer .NET & Web (m/f/d)

Websites, portals and web apps that load fast, work on every device, can be used by everyone and are easy to find: that is your field. At ballmüller solutions, a small software company in Berlin, we build them for our clients – such as specialist portals and web platforms for businesses and municipalities – and for our own products, from the company website to progressive web apps.

You work on the front end as much as on the .NET back end and bring the two together: from the design you agree with the client, through reusable components, to going live with clean analytics and good Lighthouse scores. We work in small, self-organised teams with code reviews, automated tests and shared building blocks.

• You build user interfaces with Blazor, Razor Components and Tailwind CSS – responsive and accessible to WCAG.
• You build the matching APIs and services with ASP.NET Core and connect databases and interfaces.
• You take care of speed and visibility: server-side rendering, Lighthouse scores above 90, multilingual pages and clean metadata for search engines.
• You implement real-time features with SignalR and installable progressive web apps with push notifications.
• You integrate forms, consent and analytics in line with data protection law.
• You agree designs with clients and turn them into reusable components for our shared library.
• You test automatically and deliver to Azure through CI/CD.

• Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript or TypeScript, ideally with Tailwind CSS
• C# and ASP.NET Core for the back end; you know Blazor or pick it up quickly
• Designing and integrating REST APIs, sign-in with OpenID Connect
• Accessibility (WCAG) and web performance
• Git, automated testing and CI/CD
• A plus: SignalR, progressive web apps, SEO or Figma

• Several years of experience with web applications, on the front end and the back end
• A degree, vocational training or a comparable route into development
• An eye for good interfaces and for the people who use them
• You like working with clients and enjoy clean code
• Independence: you take a feature from the idea to going live
• Very good German (our clients speak German) and good English

Salary: €52,000 – €68,000 gross per year for full time, depending on experience; part time pro rata.
